MFI- flint pebble is of exceptional purity with excellent abrasion resistance. The sizes range from 3 to 14cm. Compared to synthetic grinding media, flint pebbles has favorable ratio of price to performance.
Our Flint pebbles / silica pebbles have good hardness (mohs>8) and low abrasion for requirement on grinding media.
Our Flint pebbles / silica pebbles are the economical grinding media and filling material to the fine powder processing equipment such as ball mill.
Important index to evaluate quality :-
1). Hardness
Our flint pebbles have the higher silica content of 99.31%, and the density is 2.66g/cm3,so it decides the pebbles with hardness of 8 mohs and better wear resistance.
2). Whiteness
The whiteness after firing reach the standard for tableware because our pebbles contain the low iron of 0.018%.
3). Cleanness
The surface of pebbles will have a little powder,but it won’t influence the raw materials in the ball mill
Because the powder is made from the pebbles during the process of grinding.
